The Model Forms Longbow X45 M are produced in combination of X45 Carbon and Magnum Taper.  X45 Carbon is exclusive to Daiwa technology that eliminates parasitic twists on the form, and this adds more power and accuracy to the casting. The extraction of trophy fish occurs with ease. The specificity of this technology, is that the form is constructed of carbon fiber shaped at an angle from 90 °, 0 ° and 45 °.

Magnum Taper is the specific profile of the form that gives the rod a perfect balance between the sufficiently flexible tip that very easily slicks the fish, and the middle section and the handle in which there is enough power for distant and accurate throws.

V-Joint Alpha is the second generation of this kind of technology. It eliminates possible flat sections at the junction point of the sections, and this improves the hook curve and further strengthens its power.
