DAIWA CERTATE 2019 LT (Light & Tough) is a high-tech spinning reel designed for freshwater fishing and light sea spinning.

This model from 2019 year is made with the new cutting-edge technology - Monocoque body . This is a new body of the reel that is unmountable and consists of one whole cast. The advantages of this body are that it will not miss water and dust, as well as the very high strength and resistance to mechanical damage. Also in the new body, additional space was released, in which a larger round leading gear was installed, as the need for screw-screwing places on the cap was eliminated. So, the body of the reel, it looks like a monolithic sealed block. Robust, reliable and secure, it contained a larger gear that provided higher reel power, with body size not changing.

In addition to the perfect mechanism of CERTATE 2019 - The leading gears are made by the cold forging method with milled gears. Thus, the gears produce minimal noise, have a smooth running and are extremely wear-resistant. The reel is also fitted with the new - Mag Sealed technology to isolate the body from falling water, dust and salt crystals through the pinion opening and the axis site. The pulley mechanism is thus secured and protected by an innovative system consisting of magnets and magnetic lubricant for secure insulation from the external environment and water penetration.
