The 21' Zillion SV TW is available in two different versions the PL model is designed for slightly larger and heavier lures that can be guided very conveniently thanks to the low gear ratio. Perfect for placing with crankbaits lures, fishing at greater depths or for sea fishing.
By combining the new Hyper Drive Design concept with the SV Boost drag system, the DAIWA offers a lightweight yet extremely robust batting reel that is preset to provide optimal results with a range of different weight lures.
The Hyper Drive Design concept means a combination of a variety of features that optimize the life and handling of the reel.
The SV Boost drag system optimizes the cast distances while reducing the risk of gaps and contains the following features:
  • The extremely lightweight G1 duralumin spool starts instantaneously without starting resistance.
  • The zero mechanical resistance regulator is preset in a way that results in optimal cast distances. (It is recommended not to change this setting)
  • The zero shaft is made of an extremely short reel axis that causes low friction and is thus ideal for smaller lures.
  • TWS system reduces line friction during cast.
For fine tuning, the magnetic resistance is adjusted according to the weight of the lure used. This results in reduced gaps and optimized performance. Compared to the SV concept, magnetic resistance comes into play during the final phase of the cast.
