When choosing, start from the bearing of the float and the already placed main aggravation. The larger pellet takes on most of the required weight, and the smaller ones serve to bring the antenna to the desired position. If the line sinks too much or the antenna remains too high, adjust gradually instead of changing the whole scheme at once.

The arrangement also depends on how you want the bait to pass through the water layer. Gathered closer together, the pellets concentrate the aggravation; carried off, they spread the fall along the line. In the current, monitor whether the rig retains control, and in calm water it seeks smooth sinking and clear indication from the float.

Match each weight to the diameter of the main fishing line and the leader, pressing it only as much as it would remain in place.
